1) Conveyor belt gap shutdown or shutdown:
1. Check for material shortage during intermittent shutdown and replenish automatic startup.
2. Stop the machine and check if the power supply, motor, or speed controller are functioning properly.
2) The cardboard box cannot be sucked down:
1. Is the cardboard box neatly arranged.
2. Are the cardboard boxes glued together.
3. Is the suction head pressure normal.
3) The paper box does not form or pops out at the mouth of the box feeding template after being sucked:
1. Check if the cardboard box is too hard.
2. Check if the guide rod for placing the cardboard box is not aligned with the box feeding template.
3. Check if the small hook spring at the back of the box delivery template is deformed.
4. Check if the height between the suction head of the suction box and the delivery track is correct.
4) The instruction manual cannot be removed:
1. Is the instruction manual deformed, causing the suction head to fail to suck.
2. Is the suction nozzle parallel to the instruction manual.
3. Is the width and size of the instruction manual paper different? The error must be within 1mm. The adjustment of the stacking position of the instruction manual should be 0.5mm away from the inner edge when the suction head rises to the highest position.
4. The paper separation hook above the suction head of the paper folding machine moves too early. Generally, the small hook should be inserted into the gap between the papers before the suction head is about to descend. The adjustment of the height of the small hook is made by placing the suction head 0.5mm away from it at the highest position.
