The LX-VCR60 Intermittent Vertical Surround-Type Cartoning Machine is a specialized automatic top-load vertical surround-type system dedicated to carton forming and sealing. lt achieves a maximum speed of 60 cartons per minute. This unit can be operated with an integrated hot melt glue system or function independently, and is equipped with a tuck-in flap feature. The machine offers wide applicability and is suitable for the tuck-end cartoning and sealing of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, daily necessities, and electrica products (customization is available based on user requirements).
The LX-VCR60 utilizes a rotary suction cup mechanism for carton pickup and is provided with a pre-break function assisted by bilateral carton opening.Adiustments for carton height, width, and depth are made via lead screws Product loading can be performed manually, or through mechanical structures or a check weighing drop-feed principle. By incorporating design concepts from continuous motion surround-type systems, it enable sautomatic cartoning with a variety of carton specifications on a single machine.
