LX-VR80 Fully Automatic Vertical Surround-Type Box Filling and Sealing Machine

The LX-VR80 cartoning machine is an automatic top-load vertical surround-type system dedicated to carton forming and sealing. This model is a highly targeted machine, specifically developed as a new intelligent cartoning and sealing solution for bottled products in sectors such as cosmetics,pharmaceuticals,and health products.
The LX-VR80 is functionally divided into the following five sections based on operationalareas:
·Rotary Carton Suction Unit, equipped with an added carton pre-breaking and bilateral opening assist function.
·PaperTray Suction Unit,enhanced with a tray positioning feature.
·Rotary Tray Suction & Loading Unit, which includes added functions such as rotary tray forming and automatic trayinsertion into cartons.
·Feeding Unit, utilizing arotary servo-driven feeding mechanism.
Through a series of coordinated motions and the integration of a continuous surround-type design concept, the machine achieves automatic cartoning and sealing for a variety of products using cartons of different specifications
